Body composition test - this test measures body fat %, water retention, basal metabolic rate (rate at which you burn calories at rest), lean muscle mass. With this information we start creating a program just for you.

Diet Analysis - 3 day menu evaluation to determine how and what you are eating.

Individualized Exercise and Diet program to follow based on your results and goals.

You will start with 3 days of detoxing in our facility ( this includes 2 detox footspas and 3 Far Infrared sessions). You will recieve the Dieter's Cleanse by Natures Sunshine, which is a 15 cleanse by mouth.

There will be weekly weigh-ins to determine any needed adjustments in your diet or exercise plan. After you weigh in you will recieve another footspa and sauna session.

At the end of your program you will do another body composition test.
