Why Detox?
Toxicity is a great concern in today's society. Our health is affected by powerful chemicals in our environment, air, and water pollution, radiation (x-rays, cellphones, computers, microwaves, ect) nuclear waste, pesticides, and herbacides, just to name a few. We abuse out bodies daily with refined sugars, fatty foods, and transfats with no nutrional value. Many diseases and illnesses are on the rise and being reported in record numbers. We need to something about it. Who should detoxify? Almost everyone should detox and give their body a break. Some needed regular cleansing is essential just for good health and rebalancing our bodies, so they can better function. Seasonal cleansing is a good idea to prevent illnesses and enhance well being.
