10 Day Detox Package

This package includes: The Perfect Cleanse by Garden of Life,

(5) 40 minute detox footspas followed by 30 + minutes in the Far Infrared sauna. A specific detox diet will be given to you to follow along with an exercise program. You will do these here at the facility every other day for 10 days. The cost of this program = $275

15 Day Detox Package

This package includes: Tiao He Cleanse by Nature's Sunshine, (8) 40 minute detox footspas, daily sauna sessions starting at 25 min. per session and increasing on a tolerance basis. The goal is to increase to 60 min.sessions by the end of the 15 day program. The program will also come with a detox diet plan and exercise plan. Day one one will start with a 40 min. footspa followed by a 200mg dose of niacin and powerwalking around the block for approximatly 10-15 min. followed by tou sauna session. Day 2 will start with your niacin dose followed by power walking, then your sauna session. Niacin is increased on specific guidelines which will be discussed at program start. You will follow this routine throughout your program. Cost of this program : $330
