Swine Flu prevention

Are you concerned about the Swine Flu?

Be prepared for anything. Here are a few tip and products that can help prevent getting the flu.

1. Have plenty of collidal silver on hand. I suggest using a teaspoon a day under the tongue.

2. Make sure you are taking a good food based multi vitamin, daily.

3. Drink plenty of water ( filtered tap is the best). How much? Take your body weigh divide it in half that equals how many ounces you should drink per day.

4. Daily doses of natural Vitamin C, that would be food based or ascorbates, not ascorbic acid.

5. It would aslo be advisable to use a immune boosting suppliment especially if you are prone to colds, flu, or whatever is "going around at the time" . A few products that would be recommended are Nurta Rev By Peter Gilliaham's Natural Vitality, RM-10 by Garden of Life, or Mineral-Chi tonic by Nature's Sunshine.

6. Eat a healthy diet full of grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Keep sugar, caffine, and alcohol on the down low.

7. Get regular exercise, wether its walking, biking, swimming, or a gym workout. As long as you are consitent.

8. If you find yourself coming down with this nasty virus, do as said, stay home but make sure you are taking your suppliments, esp the collidal silver, 1 teaspoon 3x's a day. Your multi vitamin, Lots of natural Vitamin C. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water so you don't get dehydrated!!!!
